　　妈妈回老家看望生病的外公了。

　　My mother went back home to see my sick grandfather.

　　晚上，妈妈给我打电话。妈妈在电话里说：“外公在医院里挂水，你在家里要听奶奶的话，认真学习，坚持天天写日记和阅读课外书。我过几天就回来了。”

　　In the evening, my mother called me. Mom said on the phone: "Grandpa hangs water in the hospital. You should listen to grandma at home, study hard, and keep writing diary and reading extracurricular books every day. I'll be back in a few days. '

　　我说：“妈妈你放心吧，我会听话的，代我向外公问好，祝他早日康复。”

　　I said, "Mom, don't worry. I will obey you. Say hello to grandpa for me. I wish him a speedy recovery."
